Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at teesxbakery.co.uk
You have a 2 working days after the order has been placed to cancel. However, if shipment has been aranged within this time frame then we will not be able to cancel your order. This is because our postal treats are made to order. Thus, cancellation would not be possible as we have made all the necessary preparation to bake the treats, and this would lead to unnecessary food waste.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us teesxbakery@outlook.com at within 24 hours of your delivery, alongside a picture showing the fault, and your order number. Please note as we post out our treats there could be slight damage in transit. However, if the treats are extremely damaged as a gesture of good will, we may be able to send our a replacement box.
Wrong delivery address
Before the order has been shipped, we are happy to make any amendments if you recognise you have provided the incorrect addresses. However, if the box of treats have been dispatched we wont be able to make any chnages and will not be held responsible for the lost parcel.
